Greeting #23
December 12, 2014

Hafa Adai, Pago Bay Guam Rotarians!

With less than two weeks before Christmas, I hope you are finding moments of peace and quiet in the spree of shopping, party and work activities. As Rotarians, this is a standard M.O. (modus operandi), we are inherently busy people.

We had a very nice Rotary Family gathering last Sunday and posted a group photo on our Facebook page. It was also a very productive meeting with new direction and our Board is excited to roll these out in the new year. Our members met at the Hilton Guam Resort and Spa, Caffe’ Cino at 10am. It was nice to meet with extended Rotarian family members.

We are solidifying our membership roster and have identified how technology could truly be beneficial to our Club Rotarians.

Secretary John and VP/PE Kris will be posting the Minutes of our last meeting. We will have a featured guest contributor in the next meeting post. I hope you will be able to continue to stay with us as we progress forward in the coming six months.

Announcements:
  • Please pay your Rotary dues immediately. You should have received an invoice from Treasurer Zeny or Treasurer-Elect Goody.
  • Attendance is a very important responsibility as a Rotary member. As we are required to submit an attendance record to the District Governor’s office, you are asked to read the weekly meeting notes and then kindly send Secretary John an email or leave a comment on Facebook to document your attendance of our meeting. Secretary John and VP/PE Kris will be reaching out to every member to confirm membership.

Please let me know what role you wish to play in our Rotary Club, our Board will be happy to engage you in some way.

Wishing you a happy holiday season!

Yours in Rotary,
