Dear Pago Bay Guam Rotarians,

Thank you for attending our face to face meeting at House of Brutus last night. It was a very nice meeting and a good showing of members as well as President Chris and three members from Rotaract of the Marianas.

We have some activities lined up for the remainder of the year and hope to see you in attendance.

A recap of last night's meeting:

Treasurer-Elect Goody was available to collect member dues. Everyone should have received an invoice, please pay your dues immediately. You may contact Treasurer Zeny or Treasurer-Elect Goody to arrange payment.

Secretary Kris provided some training on how to maneuver through ClubRunner our Club's website host. This is an important step to staying in touch with Club activities and managing your membership activities.

Membership Director Anita announced plans for a December 6th Holiday social for our Club members. She is looking for other members to assist her and Rotarian Mark in planning for this event.

Vocational and New Generations Director Karen reported on the vocational outreach activity held this past Tuesday at the UOG Field House. The Veteran's Conference had over 1000 attendees and many reported how useful the information pamphlet was. We thank Director Karen and committee members Dmer, Toni and Antonia for their great service work to our Veterans on behalf of our Club. Director Karen donated $100 towards the production of the conference pamphlets. Thank you, Director Karen!

Fundraising Director Mark reported on some fundraising ideas he has planned for our Club post-Election. Fundraising ideas include a rummage sale and a food certificate fundraiser. Other suggestions include adopt-a-highway and poker night. Stay tuned! Details are forthcoming!

PP Ron provided a very informative Rotary 101 presentation. Great questions were posed and we are better informed. Thank you PP Ron. PP Ron and I will be working on a self-paced online Rotary Orientation course.

Following the official meeting business, members engaged in fellowship and fun. What a great night!

Best in Rotary,

President Annette
