A Message from Our President!

Hafa Adai and welcome to our Rotary eClub of Pago Bay Guam home page!
We are excited about this new 2020-2021 Rotary year and look forward to how we can achieve Rotary’s vision statement, “Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change—across the globe, in our communications and in ourselves.” As we forge ahead, we see a plethora of opportunities to unite with other Rotarians to make a difference and get us through this global COVID-19 pandemic. Whether it be providing more resources to our health care providers or combating food security, there are many ways to demonstrate service beyond ourselves in this battle through our local and global capacities.
Using our virtual platform, the Rotary eClub of Pago Bay Guam will align with our RI vision in a very special way. Together, we provide endless opportunities to learning that improves lives and advances communities. By employing the five avenues of service, our fellow eClub Rotarians shall work collectively to leverage resources and form partnerships to respond to the various needs of our local communities not only to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic mitigating needs, but also towards strengthening literacy and island sustainability.
Building on the word “together,” we will be embarking on a fantastic set of strategic goals that will enable us to diversify our membership through global reach, become champions of webinars and e-learning, partner with educational resources to complement our vision, evolve and innovate, convey our “We care” message in our activities and programs, and establish the Community Stewards Award Program as a signature program. On behalf of our Board and eClub members, we hope you will enjoy our upcoming series of educational content and fellowship opportunities.
Stay safe and best wishes!
