Rotary Meeting #9
September 11, 2015
Hafa Adai, Pago Bay Guam Rotarians! Thank you for joining us for this week’s meeting.
We begin Meeting #9 with Rotary’s Four-Way Test: Is it the Truth? Is it Fair to all concerned? Will it build Good Will and Better Friendships? Will it be Beneficial to all Concerned?
As Rotarians, we are reminded of the Object of Rotary:
The Object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster: (1) the development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service; (2) high ethical standards in business and professions; the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations; and the dignifying of each Rotarian’s occupation as an opportunity to serve society; (3) the application of the ideal of service in each Rotarian’s personal, business, and community life; (4) the advancement of goodwill, and peace through a world fellowship of business and professional persons united in the ideal of service.
This coming week our E-Club must work toward addressing the following points: (1) Clarify how visiting Rotarians can makeup through our Club meetings and inform Guam Rotary Clubs of this opportunity; (2) Submit monthly attendance reports; (3) Encourage each and every Club member to donate to Rotary Foundation and “Every Year, Every Rotarian” campaign; (4) Ensure that every Club member is signed up with myRotary.org.
Members should have received gentle reminders from Treasurer Zeny and Treasurer-Elect Goody to pay your membership dues. Please be reminded of your Rotarian responsibilities that were designed to help you fully participate and enjoy your Rotarian experience:
Participating in weekly club meetings allows members to enjoy fellowship, enrich their professional and personal knowledge, and meet other business leaders in their community. I invite you to comment on our Facebook page. You are encouraged to attend, at least once, a face to face Rotary meeting so you get to meet other Rotarians in a different setting, particularly if you are travelling.
At the heart of Rotary is Service. Through participation in local and international service projects, club members can volunteer their time and talents where they are most needed.
The Avenues of Service are Rotary’s philosophical cornerstone and the foundation on which club activity is based:
To keep Rotary Clubs strong, it is expected that Rotarians will share the responsibility of bringing new people into Rotary. Even new members can bring guests to club meetings or invite them to participate in a service project. Keeping members involved in Rotary is another responsibility. Fostering strong fellowship and encouraging early participation in service projects are two of the best ways to sustain a club’s membership.
Dues are another major responsibility of Rotary. Club members are required to pay annual dues to their clubs, districts, and Rotary International, as well as the subscription fee to the appropriate Rotary magazine in a timely manner. Please pay your dues if you wish to maintain your Rotary membership; not paying heightens the cost to our Club (we have a very modest payment structure compared to other Clubs).
Club members are encouraged to volunteer for leadership roles at the club level and beyond. You can learn more about leadership opportunities available in District 2750, search the district leadership seminar page and the club committees page on myRotary (every Rotary member has access to the site via www.rotary.org).
I hope you will learn more about Rotary so that you can appreciate the value of your membership.

Hafa Adai, Pago Bay Guam Rotarians! Thank you for joining us this week! This July let’s begin with a thought from RI President K.R. We begin Meeting #1-15 with Rotary’s Four-Way Test: Is it the Truth? Is it Fair to all concerned? Will it build Good Will and Better Friendships? Will it be Beneficial to all concerned. As Rotarians, we are reminded of the Object of Rotary:

On July 10, 2015 the gavel and Presidency of Rotaract will transfer hands for another term. Current President Chris Surla will hand over the reins to incoming president Brian Borja. We wish them all the best and look forward to another great term.
As this happens we are reminded of all the good we are called to do. We are also mindful that there is a whole generation of young adults that are actively bringing the light of Rotary to the world. Rotaract is a club for adults ages 18-30 that meets twice a month to exchange ideas, plan activities and projects, and socialize.
When it comes to service we can all do something. So, what will you do this week?

Program of Service: NIH/NIDDK STEP UP PROGRAM
The STEP-UP Program provides hands-on summer research experience for high school and undergraduate students interested in exploring research careers. The overall goal of STEP-UP is to build and sustain a biomedical, behavioral, clinical and social science research pipeline focused on NIDDK’s core mission areas of diabetes, endocrinology and metabolic diseases; digestive diseases and nutrition; kidney, urologic and hematologic diseases.
The STEP-UP Program provides research education grants to seven institutions to coordinate three High School STEP-UP Programs and four Undergraduate STEP-UP Programs. STEP-UP is particularly interested in increasing the participation of students from backgrounds underrepresented in biomedical research on a national basis, including individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds, individuals from underrepresented racial and ethnic groups, and individuals with disabilities.
Program Highlights:
The STEP-UP Program is a federally funded program managed and supported by the Office of Minority Health Research Coordination (OMHRC) in the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney (NIDDK) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Instrumental in providing this unique experience to our local students are Dr. Lawrence Agadoa who is the Director of the Office of Minority Health Research Coordination and Program Director of the Division of Kidney, Urologic and Hematologic Diseases and Step Up Program Director, Dr. George Hui. Today, we will feature two students who participated in the program: Victoria Flisco and Arthur Perez.
Arthur Perez is an undergraduate student at the University of Guam who participated in the Step Up program last year. He provided us with some photos of his experience, a couple for giggles, a serious one and others with those he connected with during his experience. Arthur described his trip to Maryland as an enjoyable experience that provided him with great insight to the diverse areas of research scientists are exploring in the field of biomedicine. He made some good friends that he hopes to see in the future when he pursues his career in the field of science.
Victoria Flisco is a graduating senior at George Washington High School. She participated in the program last year and had such a great time she will be repeating the NIH/NIDDK experience again this year. She provides this narrative regarding her Step Up experience.
“My experience at the National Institute of Health Symposium in Washington, D.C. through the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) Short-Term Research Experience for Underrepresented Persons (STEP-UP) program this past summer was life changing. This program required me to work at the University of Guam’s College of Natural and Applied Sciences under the mentorship of Timothy Righetti, PhD. I participated in scientific research training and succeeded in my research project (A New, Easy, and Inexpensive Method to Analyze Nitrate) with my colleagues. I was selected with a fellow researcher amidst six STEP-UP students to represent Guam in D.C. I presented my project, and faced and surpassed challenges I did not expect to face until college. This amazing experience inspired me to follow a path of great perseverance in my pursuance of a medical career. This shaped my character in which the adjective ‘dedicated’ shines bright.
The scientific facts and all the diverse medical-based projects I was acquainted with during this trip piqued my interest in science. Through my experience I grew to greatly appreciate the subject and this presented a career I am considering to pursue: a research career to cure cancer, to make less invasive procedures to treat patients, and to find solutions to countless other things that are still being tested. Just being in the nation's primary institute of all research relating to medical studies inspired me. What immensely inspired me afterwards was listening to presentations and meeting many aspiring doctors and scientists/ researchers Announcements:

Thank you to VP/President-Elect Kris for conducting our last meeting while I was away attending a work-related conference in New Orleans. The weather ranged from low 40s to mid 70s, from rain to sunshine. While I love to experience new places, there is no place like home!

Greeting #28 - February 13, 2015
Hafa Adai Pago Bay Guam Rotarians!
It is with great pleasure that I address our club members this second week of February, World Awareness Month.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank President Annette for accepting the challenge of taking the helm of Guam's first Rotary E-Club. The last seven months has been filled with many challenges and learning experiences, but she has done a wonderful job at trying to reach out to each of our members and being a positive, enthusiastic role model for each of us. I challenge you my fellow Rotarians to show your support for President Annette's hard work and commitment of her time, by attending meetings faithfully and participating in our activities.
I look forward to our next face-to-face meeting which will be held next week on Friday, February 20th at 6:30 p.m. (venue to be announced). On the agenda for this meeting is the induction of new members. Found on the Rotary International website,
“The bylaws of Rotary clearly outline the procedure for a prospective member to be proposed for Rotary club membership. The "proposer" is the key person in the growth and advancement of Rotary. Without a sponsor, an individual will never have the opportunity to become a Rotarian.
The task of the proposer should not end merely by submitting a name to the club secretary or membership committee. Rotary has not established formal responsibilities for proposers or sponsors, however, by custom and tradition these procedures are recommended in many clubs. The sponsor should: 1. Invite a prospective member to several meetings prior to proposing the individual for membership. 2. Accompany the prospective new member to one or more orientation/informational meetings. 3. Introduce the new member to other club members each week for the first month. 4. Invite the new member to accompany the sponsor to neighboring clubs for the first make-up meeting to learn the process and observe the spirit of fellowship. 5. Ask the new member and spouse to accompany the sponsor to the club's social activities, dinners or other special occasions. 6. Urge the new member and spouse to attend the district conference with the sponsor. 7. Serve as a special friend to assure that the new member becomes an active Rotarian. When the proposer follows these guidelines, Rotary becomes stronger with each new member.”
Between now and February 20th, there will be a call for sponsors and new members. Please consider taking on the honor and responsibility of sponsoring a new member.
Earlier this afternoon, I had the honor of representing President Annette at the President’s Meeting. The meeting was held to recap recent Rotary events and to plan for the remainder of the Rotary year. I left the meeting feeling rejuvenated and optimistic in our club’s endeavors. We have such genuine support for our success, I believe together we can accomplish great things. One of the suggestions that our club may wish to take on, is that of a Pacific Basin Group website where members from the various clubs can post information and remain in contact with each other.
A few announcements from today’s meeting:
President Annette has asked each of our members to: 1) submit a short narrative about yourself and why you joined Rotary (100-200 words). Please include a picture to share. These will be posted on our webpage and 2) to recommend a speaker who is willing to contribute a narrative to our Club meetings. The narrative should be 300-750 words and should be aligned with our topics of addressing the impoverished, reducing family violence, increase education and entrepreneurship opportunities in our villages and how we might assist the homeless youth and children. Send narratives and speaker recommendations to Secretary John.
IMPORTANT AND URGENT: MEMBERSHIP DUES ARE BEING COLLECTED. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE UP TO DATE WITH YOUR PAYMENTS. YOU WILL BE RECEIVING A REMINDER AND FOLLOW UP MESSAGE FROM OUR TREASURER SOON, IF NOT ALREADY RECEIVED. PLEASE PAY YOUR DUES.

January 30, 2015
Hafa Adai, Pago Bay Guam Rotarians!
The Joint Rotary Weekend event looked like a lot of fun! We thank Director Anita’s son-in-law Terrence for his participation on the joint softball team with RC-Sunrise and Rotaract. I heard he was great! I hear there are more practice sessions that will ensue from this interaction. So, it’s not too late to join in on the fun, just for fun!
The information Fair at the Micronesia Mall was also very well attended with all Guam Rotary Clubs present. This Fair was a joint sponsored event to promote non-profit, service organizations and was an event geared towards encouraging our youth to become aware of and engaged in service learning activities.
January is Rotary Awareness Month, there are two activities I would like to endeavor on:
Leading an E-Club is more challenging than I was led to believe. I need every member to demonstrate their existence by providing input and feedback on the questions posed in my messages, otherwise, we lose interaction and the uniqueness that make us an E-Club. So, I’m hoping to hear that members have responded to the call for information. Alone, I cannot be successful at building membership or engaging in service activities or promoting the image of Rotary. I need every member to be involved.
We are in our seventh month since being chartered and look forward to strengthening this organization with those who see the value of service to our community. Service above self.

With less than two weeks before Christmas, I hope you are finding moments of peace and quiet in the spree of shopping, party and work activities. As Rotarians, this is a standard M.O. (modus operandi), we are inherently busy people.
We had a very nice Rotary Family gathering last Sunday and posted a group photo on our Facebook page. It was also a very productive meeting with new direction and our Board is excited to roll these out in the new year. Our members met at the Hilton Guam Resort and Spa, Caffe’ Cino at 10am. Greeting #22
December 5, 2014
Hafa Adai, Pago Bay Guam Rotarians!
I hope everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving celebration and enjoying the holiday season!
December is officially designated “Family Month” in the Rotary calendar. As we celebrate the Christmas season, there are many activities that bring family and friends together in celebration. It is also a time to reflect on family values and how Rotary shapes those values. As we find ourselves busy with the season, we often are confronted with having to prioritize our time. Many of you will typically prioritize in the following order of importance: family, work and then Rotary. But, why should we isolate Rotary from our family life? In Rotary, particularly our Rotary E-Club, our families are an integral part of Rotary activities.
Where it is difficult for the family to be involved on a regular basis with our Rotary activities, wouldn’t it be a great idea to set aside a day to host some event that involves all of our families. Some Clubs have Christmas parties for the children and some Clubs make one of their regular meetings a family Christmas function. It is important that our families understand what our commitment to Rotary is about. What better way than to include them in a December Family Month event.
While there were some challenges trying to plan out a Rotary Family Month event, we remain committed to bringing our Rotarians together. Our E-Rotary Club will celebrate our “Family Month” celebration at the Hilton Guam Resort and Spa, Caffé’ Cino on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at 10 am. Please join us if your schedule permits.

Trick or Treat!!! Welcome to Meeting #18. The talk around town has been The 2014 Gubernatorial Great Debates! Three of our Club members have been heavily engaged in advising graduate students in the Public Administration program to ensure a smooth event. I hope you enjoyed it in person or via live broadcast. The leadership of our island holds profound impact on our community. Remember to vote on Tuesday, November 4th!!!!

On November 6, Secretary Kris and Treasurer Zeny will attend a cocktail meeting with Governor Sakamoto at On The Rocks, Westin Guam. On November 12 and 13, Secretary Kris and I are already confirmed to attend the upcoming Seminar. Other members recommended to attend are the President-Elect, Secretary-Elect, Treasurer-Elect and the Rotary Foundation Committee Director-Elect. Fee for the seminar is $50 per member.
I look forward to our Rotary Holiday event in early December. Membership Committee Director Anita will be providing details shortly. December is Rotary Family month.
“Whatever Rotary may mean to us, to the world it will be known by the results it achieves.” Paul P. Harris said this. This visionary Chicago attorney started our 1.2 million-member organization on February 23, 1905 with the world’s first service organization. The Rotary Club of Chicago provided the opportunity where professionals with diverse background could exchange ideas and form meaningful, lifelong friendships. As PP Ron mentioned at our last meeting, Rotary’s name came from the group’s early practice of rotating meetings among the offices of each member.
Three key traits have remained strong throughout Rotary:

Hafa Adai, Pago Bay Guam Rotarians!
Welcome to Meeting #17. Today marks World Polio Day and Rotarians pay tribute to Dr. Jonas Salk who invented the first effective vaccine against polio. In 1985, Rotary’s PolioPlus program was born with the goal to immunize every child under five against polio. In 1988, the World Health Assembly unanimously set the goal of global polio eradication due in large part to the initial success of the PolioPlus program. All Rotarians are asked to “Light Up Rotary” this month by doing what they can to shine a spotlight on efforts to eradicate polio. For this meeting, I want to take the time to cover the Guiding Principles of Rotary with you. This is particularly important as we anticipate our upcoming face-to-face meeting next Friday, October 17.
These principles have been developed over the years to provide Rotarians with a strong, common purpose and direction. They serve as a foundation for our relationships with each other and the action we take in the world.
OBJECT OF ROTARY
The Object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster:
THE FOUR-WAY TEST
The Four-Way Test is a nonpartisan and nonsectarian ethical guide for Rotarians to use for their personal and professional relationships. The test has been translated into more than 100 languages, and Rotarians recite it at club meetings:

Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
AVENUES OF SERVICE
We channel our commitment to service at home and abroad through five Avenues of Service, which are the foundation of club activity.

Treasurer Zeny and/or Treasurer-Elect Goody will be contacting you shortly regarding your Rotary dues. Be expecting an invoice shortly, if you have not already received one.
Attendance is a very important responsibility as a Rotary member. As we are required to submit an attendance record to the District Governor’s office, you have been asked by Club Secretary Kris to send her an email to note your commitment to reading our meeting notes every week. That means that upon reading this meeting note, you should send an email to Secretary Kris to let her know you have received the Meeting 13 Notes and have read them. Very simple, right? Probably not as easy as I thought. I received only three responses since our last meeting.
I received some updates from our Committee Directors, these are included below. If you are not affiliated with a committee, please contact any of the directors below to join or to learn more information. We would really love to have you engaged and need lots of help.
Some upcoming events and announcements:
Please let me know what role you wish to play in our Rotary Club, our Board will be happy to engage you in some way.

Hafa Adai, Pago Bay Guam Rotarians!
Our last meeting was conducted by Vice President/President-Elect Takumi. Thank you Takumi-san for sharing information on Rotary’s Four-Way Test. This should be ingrained in the minds and hearts of all Rotarians. It is the essence of our organization’s existence.
Club Secretary Kris asked that each of Club member send a message to her as a way of tracking attendance. Please do the same with this meeting. We are working with our PRO Ealani to set up our club’s FaceBook page to allow for comments which will serve as another means of tracking attendance and engaging members.
Club Service Director Anita reached out to all members to form a 4-5 member committee to plan a 2014 Christmas gathering for our Club. This is a great way to get involved and be part of a fantastic planning team. Please contact Club Service Director Anita at anita.arile@doa.guam.gov.
If you have special technology skills, please send me a note. I would like to learn how we may better engage our club members in our meetings and activities. We really need your help.
Some announcements, for your information:
There will be a meeting of all Rotary Presidents on Friday, August 22nd to discuss possibilities of joint Rotary events and activities. There will be a meeting of all PBG Club Officers and Committee Directors on Friday, August 29th at 11:00 am.
Below, your will find this week's speaker, PP Ron McNinch, Ph.D. who touches on the topic of "The Power of Rotary."

Hafa Adai, Pago Bay Guam Rotarians!
This is our sixth meeting of the year! Time flies like an arrow. It has passed one month after new Rotary year starts. The Club President Annette Santos is off island because of her business trip to Taiwan, so I, the Club Vice-President Takumi Watanabe am marching this meeting.
This time we are studying the Four-Way Test in Rotary when we chorally accompany at the Rotary meeting.
***** Four-Ways Test *****
Of the things we think, say, or do:
FIRST Is it the TRUTH?
SECOND Is it FAIR to all concerned?
THIRD Will it build GOODWILL & BETTER FRIENDSHIP?
FOURTH Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
**********
The Four-Way Test is a nonpartisan and nonsectarian ethical guide for Rotarians to use for their personal and professional relationships. The test has been translated into more than 100 languages, and Rotarians recite it at club meetings
The Four-Ways Test is a moral index of the Rotarian. You should apply it with every aspect of the life, but it is said that it deserves in particular to be you to utilize in business life, a career. The prophet of this test is late Rotary International President 1954-55 Herbert J. Taylor. The company rebuilding just before the bankruptcy was entrusted with, and he succeeded using these "four tests" wonderfully. I transfer copyright to the international rotary in 1946.
Herbert J. Taylor, president, Rotary Club of Chicago, 1939-40 and Rotary International 1954-55. He lived from 1893 to 1978. During a business crisis in 1932, he wrote the "Four Way Test," shown below. It was adopted as part of Rotary International in January of 1943.

Hafa Adai, Pago Bay Guam Rotarians!
This has certainly been an eventful week with Halong’s wind and rain affecting our normal daily routine. I hope you found the day off on Wednesday an opportune time to get some work done (at least for the lucky ones who had uninterrupted power). And while we're on the topic of utilities, I hope you are not finding any setbacks related to the contaminated water in the Barrigada and Mangilao areas. Lucky for us, we are resilient and know how to deal with these “inconveniences” readily. We just keep on keeping on.
I have received some great Rotary information that I want to share with you regarding “Giving and Grants” – here’s a featured story of Rotary Scholar, Kelsi Cox and the work she did with children in Fiji to create “lasting change.”
To learn more about Rotary “Giving and Grants”, please read this article, “Ten Things to Know About the New Rotary Foundation Funding Model.”
Club Officers and Committee Directors, kindly respond to Club Secretary Kris’ call for meeting times. This monthly meeting is part of our commitment to our Rotary Club.
Please be reminded, I will be away on August 3-9, 2014 for an international scholars visit. He doesn’t know it yet, but Vice President and President-Elect Takumi-san will conduct our August 8, 2014 meeting.
Have a great weekend!

Hafa Adai, Pago Bay Guam Rotarians!
This is our fourth meeting of the year! Time is moving swiftly! We have received several inquiries for new membership and I am working with Club Secretary Kris with the guidance of PP Ron to facilitate this process. I am hoping that we will have an interactive feature worked into our future meetings (sometimes it feels like I’m talking to myself). This interactive element will also help to track attendance. If there are any Rotarians out there familiar with gotomeeting or other similar online meeting source, please let me know. In the meantime, feel free to send me a message about the meeting contents.
We have been invited by Rotary Club of Guam Sunrise Club Secretary Luckie to join them at their next meeting July 29 at 7am at Manhattan Steakhouse, Pacific Star Hotel. If your schedule permits, please attend.
I will be away on August 3-9, 2014 for an international scholars visit. He doesn’t know it yet, but Vice President and President-Elect Takumi-san will conduct our August 8, 2014 meeting.
We’ve been spoiled with three-day weekends this month. Am I the only one finding it difficult to adjust back to the normal two-day weekend? I guess it’s better than none. Enjoy your weekend, everyone!

Hafa Adai, Pago Bay Guam Rotarians!
Warm greetings from New York! This past Friday's meeting was cancelled due to storm warnings for Guam and surrounding areas. My husband and I were worried about the potential impact as we transited between Chicago and New York airports. We were very relieved to learn that the island was once again spared. Then having arrived in New York, I was just in sheer awe and distraction. You take an island girl and put her in the middle of Times Square . . . need I say more!

July 4, 2014 Meeting
It is highly important that every Rotarian understand how they can be engaged in Rotary, inspired by Rotary and empowered by Rotary to positively change lives through our service activities. As a new club, it is important that we create the stories that will define the history of our club. Our strategic priorities include 1) growing and strengthening our Club; 2) increase humanitarian service; and 3) enhance public image and awareness.
Our club has formed the following Committees that will lead a number of projects to serve our community in line with our strategic priorities:

2. Public Relations: this committee is tasked with media relations, advertising & marketing, as well as web & social media activities. Through the work of this committee we can expect outcomes that will impact strategic priority 3
3. Vocational and New Generations Projects: this committee is tasked with vocational and new generations activities. We can anticipate outcomes of this committee to impact strategic priority 2.
4. International and Community Projects: this committee is tasked with international and community project activities. We can anticipate outcomes of this committee to impact strategic priorities 2 and 3.
5. Fundraising: this committee is tasked with developing fundraising events to raise funds for club projects (i.e., charity dinners, walkathons, online auctions, etc). This committee will support all three strategic priorities.
Please consider joining one or more of these committees as part of your service contribution. Please contact the following Committee leaders to express your membership interest. Rotary E-Club of Pago Bay Guam
Charter Night Meeting: June 24, 2014
Welcome to this first inaugural meeting of the Rotary E-Club of Pago Bay Guam! We are holding our dinner meeting jointly with the Rotary Club of Guam Sunrise at the Pacific Star Hotel on June 24, 2014 at 6pm. Since we are a new club, it helps to have wonderful sponsoring clubs to support us!
Brief History of the Rotary E-Club of Pago Bay Guam
Our club was created at the request of District 2750 in 2014 to support new and emerging potential members in the region to join Rotary International. Past President Ron McNinch of the Rotary Club of Tumon Bay was asked to be the District Governor’s Special Representative and he conducted a survey of Guam and the Pacific Basic Group Region for potential Rotary needs. In this survey, Past President McNinch found that there were a number of professional vocations and potential Rotarian groups not served by the current club structure in the region. Namely, teachers, government professionals, military service members and younger professionals had difficulty going every week during a lunch hour to attend in person meetings. The reasons were primarily work schedule related, this a 24/7 Rotary E-Club format was suggested to better serve this group.
After a careful analysis of the region was conducted, a working name was chosen for the club that reflected the “PBG” in the “Pacific Basic Group,” thus the “Pago Bay Guam” location was chosen as the geographic site for this club. As such, it is the only Rotary Club on Guam not meeting every week on Guam’s Hotel Row in the Tumon area.
Following the sponsorship of the club by the Rotary Clubs of Tumon Bay and the Guam Sunrise Club, the club was established by a primary working group consisting of Takumi Watanabe, Luckie Sakamoto, Mark Tokito and Ron McNinch.
This club will be the fifth Rotary Club on Guam and the first E-Club in the Pacific Basin Group. As part of this introduction and Charter Night Meeting, please review the following online materials:
